We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. A one-year limited warranty applies to all products purchased directly from our company or approved resellers and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and is valid for one year. If a defect arises during this warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you, using new or refurbished replacement parts at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear. To make a claim, please contact our customer service team with your original proof of purchase.

Refund policy
To return or file a warranty claim, email info@skysurv.us
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached, shipped back in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note 100% of the refund(minus any shipping costs) will be returned to the original method of payment. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within twenty-one (21) days.
We strongly recommend that you use our shipping label to mail your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
